- All deliveries must be to a Canadian Address
- You must be at least 19 years old to purchase with www.PlanetPot.ca (18+ AB/QC)
- Due to the nature of our products we can not guarantee delivery of items by any specific dates or time frames, our shipping times are estimates only.
- We do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged orders due to mistakes made by Canada Post, Local Couriers, or other delivery companies
- We do not assume responsibility for stolen packages after delivery
- Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice, if an item that you have ordered is not currently in stock, we will do our best to replace it with an equivalent item of the same or similar brand or we will contact you directly.
We only require that you are 19 years of age or older, and a Canadian citizen living in Canada with a Canadian bank account for etransfers or a credit card for payments. Medical Records, existing Dispensary card information, or previous cannabis experience are not required and will never be requested by the staff at Planet Pot.
Your order is professionally packaged, and vacuum sealed in an unmarked box with no scent or visible markings of the contents inside. Once your products have arrived, and if properly stored, will stay fresh for several weeks and up to a few months depending on the product.
Use of Cannabis unless for Medical purposes, is currently illegal in Canada and please be aware that you are ordering products at your own risk, although many thousands of people in Canada already use mail order every day and it is considered a very-safe process with minimal risks for consumers.
If under an extremely rare circumstance that your package is lost in transit for any reason, we will send you a FREE ONE-TIME replacement package up to $500.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website or place an order with us?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, and/or other details to help you with your experience.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
