Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic outbreak we are now reducing our work hours while remaining committed to staying open for as long as possible to serve our customers during this unprecedented time. Please remain patient and get your orders in ASAP to ensure on-time delivery. Further updates on working hours/delivery updates will be posted on our FAQ section and sent out in newsletters throughout the weeks as it becomes available.

Vaping Related Illness Concerns
We are aware of the recent Vaping Related Illness concerns brought forth mainly from the US. Planet Pot and all Planet Pot Product Suppliers do not use Vitamin E Acetate as a thinning agent in any of their Vapes and Refill Carts. Only natural and organic terepenes are used, and are considered safe for use with vaping and for use with THC distillates in vaping products. All distillate products and suppliers are locally sourced from within BC, or within Canada, and none of our THC distillates or CBD vapes are sourced from China or from other countries of concern, however the pen batteries, palm batteries, and other electronic devices themselves are Chinese-made products. We do not source any of our CBD or THC or Distillate products from outside of North America.
Vaping does come with certain risks, we urge customers to do their own research and use good judgement when using any vaping products. Vaping products are meant to be used in moderation, and with any over-use, or consistent and extensive daily/weekly over-use, it can become as dangerous and addicting as any other type of substance abuse. All THC products in Canada are meant to be consumed only by adults 19+.
I’m not from Canada, can I still order?
We appreciate your interest and you are still welcome to register with us, as long as the order is shipped WITHIN CANADA ONLY. If you are visiting as a traveler or a student, or otherwise, feel free to register as long as you are of legal age. We ship locally on the Same-Day in Vancouver BC and in 2-3 Business Days for all other areas in Canada.
We are not able to ship items outside of Canada.
How long will it take to arrive?
***LOCAL SAME-DAY VANCOUVER DELIVERIES ARE NOW ACTIVE AGAIN***We ship from Vancouver BC and ship Coast-to-Coast in Canada normally within 2-3 business days. Here is a quick-read chart for shipping times to your area, these are meant to be estimates only and we ask that you allow up to 7 full calendar days for your order to arrive depending on the day your order was received and processed.
Vancouver Lower Mainland -> Same-Day/Next Day Local Delivery
*Orders must be fully paid and processed prior to our cut-off time each day at 2:00 pm PST Monday-Saturday for same-day Vancouver delivery. All orders made after 2:00 pm PST will be made on our next available delivery day*
*All local Same-Day deliveries are completed in the evenings Monday-Saturday between 5:30pm-9pm.
Vancouver Island/BC Rural Zones -> 1-2 business days on average (Mail/Courier Delivery Available)
Canadian Major Cities -> 2-3 business days on average (Mail/Courier Delivery Available)

Credit Cards Payments
**Credit Card Payments are currently not available. We apologize for the inconvenience**
Select the “PAY BY CREDIT CARD” option at checkout. Once you have received your order confirmation with the order number included, feel free to contact us on the website using Live Chat, or by phone in Vancouver at 236-688-6728 to make a payment with an agent. If you prefer, we can also email you an invoice instantly to pay using your credit card. Once your payment has been received by us, we will then send you a new email confirming your credit card payment and that your order is now in “Processing”.
For credit card payments we will allow a maximum spend of $500.00 per month per account, any remaining purchases above $500/month must be made through etransfer with no exceptions. We now accept Visa and Mastercard payments, your statement will be discreetly billed only as “Planet Delivery”. There are no additional fees to use credit cards with us!
After a minimum of 3 successful credit card transactions, and at least 90 days of registered account status with us, we may then be able to increase the monthly spending limit for credit card payments on a case-by-case basis and only if requested by the account holder. Due to an increased risk of fraud, requests for a limit increase prior to the 90 days of active account history can not be approved.

Didn’t receive your tracking info?
Once we receive payment for your order and it has been processed (1-2 hours after it was sent in) we will then change your order to “Processing” and you will receive an initial email informing you that tracking information will be sent as soon as the package has been officially shipped out, or it is now in the hands of our local delivery drivers if you are in Vancouver BC. When the order has been shipped, we will update your order to “Completed” which will then send you a second email with your full Canada Post tracking details included.
If you have not been receiving these emails, please check your Spam/Junk folder as they may have landed there. Also feel free to use our Live Chat on the website and we can provide those tracking details there as well!
Lost Orders from Canada Post
On very rare occasions packages do not make it to their final destination for a variety of reasons, usually due to the package being lost by Canada Post. Our process for all delayed/lost orders from Canada Post is to first allow a full 7-10 calendar days for delivery, and if at that point there is still no delivery we will re-ship at our own cost a one-time replacement package for you up to a value of $500.00 with new tracking information included (as long as the original tracking info shows an unsuccessful delivery or returned to sender).
What is the charge for local same-day deliveries under $200?
***LOCAL SAME-DAY VANCOUVER DELIVERIES ARE NOW ACTIVE AGAIN***We try to keep all of our prices as low as possible, for local same-day courier delivery and Xpresspost shipping Canada-wide for orders that are for at least $200+ are always FREE!
For local deliveries that are under $200, due to rising costs in fuel and cost of paying delivery drivers we have built in a flat rate fee of $20.
To avoid this, try to order at least $200 worth of products and your delivery costs are always 100% FREE including same-day local delivery in Vancouver!
How are the products packaged?
We vacuum seal and smell-proof all of our packages, they are shipped with no indication of the contents inside. All orders are shipped discreetly no matter if you are using our same-day local courier option, or the Canada-wide Xpresspost shipping option.
**NEW**
Complimentary 4gram Boveda Packs are now included on all Xpresspost orders of flower for 1oz or more! Order at least one ounce of a single flower and a free Boveda 4gram pack will be included to maintain freshness during shipment within Canada.
Boveda Packs are not automatically included on Vancouver BC same-day local deliveries as they will not normally be required, however feel free to request them on your order as long as it is for a minimum of 1oz+. There is no additional charge for this Complimentary Service from Planet Pot!
How to eat edibles/how much should I eat?
Edibles can be a very tricky thing and will depend completely on one’s own specific tolerance level. We generally advise most people to not consume the entire edibles package at once, especially if you are new to edibles, they can take 1-2 hours to take effect. Start with a maximum of half the package and wait 60-90 minutes to see how you are doing, if you feel safe to take some more at this point it’s fine to eat the remaining half and wait another 30-60 minutes. Our products vary in range from regular strength (light potency), triple strength (medium potency), and extreme strength (heavy potency). Feel free to contact us on live chat or by email if you have any questions prior to trying them out.

One final thing we must warn you about our edibles, they are very TASTY!!!
Missing items on your order?
All orders go through a quality-control process and are usually checked two or more times prior to shipping. Our staff do their very best to ensure no missing items are on the orders however it can happen on occasion, but not to worry! Feel free to chat with us on the website or send us an email with a Pic of your delivered order and the item that was missed. We will make arrangements with you to re-ship them immediately, or we can be sure to include it on your next order if you prefer. We appreciate your patience with us if any items were missed!
Returns/Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, returns or refunds are not permitted. If you are not fully satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us by chat or email at info@planetpot.ca and we will do our very best to resolve any concerns or send you a replacement at our cost if applicable.
We try to only stock top quality products and do our best to ensure orders are packed and shipped correctly, however if any issues arise feel free to contact us for assistance for any reason. Your feedback and online reviews of our website and products are extremely important to us, we will do our best to protect our strong-reputation and our high standards of service.
Minimum/Maximum/Bulk Orders?
1 gram of flower is the minimum order, however we also charge $20 for shipping on all orders under $200. There are currently no maximum orders for our products, however we reserve the right to limit orders due to government restrictions, special promotional prices, coupons, and discounted products. We generally don’t offer any bulk or wholesale orders but we may have options available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly by email or live chat for more info.

Free Xpresspost Shipping is available to anywhere in Canada on all orders above $200+, all orders under $200 are charged a flat-rate shipping cost of $20. We ship from Vancouver BC and Xpresspost normally takes about 2-3 business days to arrive for most areas, although we ask that you allow for up to 7 calendar days depending on your exact location and date of your order.
For Xpresspost orders as long as your order is fully paid and processed before 9:00am PST (12:00pm EST) Monday-Friday it can then be shipped out the same-day. Tracking info is normally emailed to you during the evenings between 4:00pm-5:00pm PST (7:00pm-8:00pm EST).

How do I register for an account?
Upload your picture ID on the website and follow the instructions to complete your information. Once we have received your information, it can take up to 24-48 hours for your account to be approved for purchases. Acceptable Picture ID can be a driver’s licence, passport, provincial ID, or a health card (if picture ID and date of birth is present). All Canadian residents over the age of 19 are eligible to order with us.

E-transfers are free at some Canadian banks, however, please be aware you may be charged a small fee for using online e-transfers and we ask that you check with your own bank directly for details on e-transfer fees.

Are your strains authentic and are they lab-tested?
Yes! We only carry products supplied by Licenced producers or members of our own trusted network of growers with many decades of growing experience. Our LP’s and growers use their own Canadian lab testing and then supply us with the results. We do our very best to ensure we are selling only the very best products and test them ourselves for any molds or harmful toxins.
Strains can vary slightly based on different growers, systems, environments, and many other factors that are out of our control. Our concentrates and other accessories and vape products are all premium quality and mostly well-known brand names all direct from the manufacturer themselves. We are proud to offer products that WE ourselves use and recommend to our own group of friends and family members.

Tracking information is provided on all Xpresspost deliveries within Canada and usually becomes available within 24 hours of shipment. Please note that in rare cases Canada post tracking numbers can be delayed on their website for a variety of reasons, for this reason we ask that you please allow up to 7 calendar days for product delivery even though a large majority of successful deliveries normally take only 2-3 business days.
