If you are located in the above areas, free same-day courier delivery is available on all orders above $200+. All orders under $200 are charged a flat-rate delivery cost of $20. We deliver from West Vancouver to Chilliwack and all points in between.
Orders must be fully paid and processed prior to our cut-off time each day at 2:00 pm PST Monday-Saturday for same-day Vancouver delivery. All orders made after 2:00 pm PST will be made on our next available delivery day.
Local deliveries are usually made during the evenings Monday-Saturday between 5:30pm-9pm PST to avoid heavy traffic congestion as much as possible. In the future, we may expand our delivery times to include daytime deliveries and Sunday deliveries.
For each order, we can only do a maximum of 2 delivery attempts for the package. If for any reason you have missed both delivery attempts, your package will then automatically be shipped using Canada Post and may take an additional 1-2 days to arrive. Try to be available for the courier driver when they arrive, as they may need to contact you on the phone number that you have provided on the order.
